Us By Night - A Retrospective Documentary

by Tobias Deruwe

A retrospective documentary directed by Tobias Deruwe, capturing the unique creative spirit of Us By Night — one of Europe’s leading festivals for design, illustration, motion, and visual arts.

Rather than documenting the event itself, the film explores the people, ideas, and energy that fuel it. Through Tobias’ personal lens, it becomes a reflection on creativity, inspiration, and the importance of bringing artists together in an increasingly digital world.

Produced by Caviar Brussels, this branded documentary offers an intimate and cinematic portrait of a community driven by curiosity, craftsmanship, and imagination.
